Mark Twain
The two most important days of your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why"
Heart & Mind Alignment
Make Meaning was born out of a conscious response to this alarming situation. We believe we have a solution, while it may not be for everyone, it will certainly resonate with millions across the world.
"Not one single solution is gonna solve every problem, but many many small solutions collectively will actually lead to a societal shift" - Excerpt, Food Revolution Network Movie
Our Mission
We are on a mission to Inspire Humanity To Pursue Meaningful Work or Work That Matters for our Individual & Collective Wellbeing as well as Fulfillment.
Employees expect their jobs to bring a significant sense of purpose to their lives. Employers need to help meet this need, or be prepared to lose talents to companies that will.
Being engaged in meaningful work can lead to improved mental health and overall well-being, which can be more valuable than earning a higher salary.
What do I Really Care For?
I am Toulaish Sharma, Founder of Make Meaning. I was born and brought up in the beautiful island of Mauritius. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2011. It was crystal clear to me at the very beginning about why I was doing what I was doing. Raising human consciousness and making the world a better place is what my heart beats for. Life has thrown a lot of challenges at me since the beginning, but it got worse from 2014 onwards. Every aspect of my life was deeply hit be it relationships, finances, society, business and health. 2021 was the toughest year ever. Things that I never could imagine could happen, happened. There were times suicidal thoughts came to my mind, however there was a strong belief within me that there was more to life. Then, I dropped everything and went to India for a self-recovery. It was the best decision ever.
Make Meaning was an idea that was in my mind and heart for a long time. This desire or need to make the world a better place is so strong within me, that even though I do not have the resources to materialize this project, I am moving forward with the faith that somewhere, somehow, something will work out. I know Make Meaning will make a lot of difference in people’s lives across the world.
